At Hoosier Hook'n Baits, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality baits to help you land the big one. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return Policy.
All Sales Are Final
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns if you no longer need the items or ordered the wrong size/type.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
While we do not accept standard returns, we want to make sure you get what you paid for. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or a store credit at our discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it is subject to our final sale policy.
